Non-smoking rooms and suites

Accommodation capacity : 1 or 2 people per room for the three double rooms (rooms # 2, 3 and 4), 1 to 4 persons for the family room (room # 1) ans 1 to 6 persons for the family suite (room # 5). It is also possible to add and make available free of charge a baby cot per room for babies from 0 to 2 years old, and to add an extra bed per room for people over 2 years old according to the current price.

The places are not suitable for accommodating people with reduced mobility.

Check-in

Arrivals take place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm

For any arrival, outside of this time slot, we thank you for notifying us of your approximate arrival time, 48 hours in advance by email.

Check-out

The rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 am

Use of premises

The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms to the state found on arrival.

It is not allowed to eat in the rooms or bring in drinks or food from outside.

Booking confirmation and Payment

All reservations must be confirmed by payment upon reservation of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the stay payable by bank card, bank transfer or by check.

The balance will be paid on site.

Cancellation conditions or request to change the date of stay

· In case of cancellation or modification of the date of stay involved 14 days or more before the expected date of arrival and confirmed by an email to the address : contact@lagrandemaisondrome.com the deposit will be refunded in full by the same means of initial payment.

· In case of cancellation, request to change the date of stay less than 14 days before the expected date of arrival, the deposit only will be maintained and not refunded.

· In case of no-show or cancellation occurring 48 hours before the date of arrival after 4:00 pm, the total amount of the reservation will be charged by remote credit card.
